At Honeypot Skin Studio, we’re committed to a clean, welcoming, and professional experience every time you visit. These policies help protect your appointment time, maintain a calm environment, and ensure everyone feels safe and respected.

Cancellation, Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

Card on file required
A valid card is required to book and will be kept on file in our booking system.

48-hour cancellation policy
Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, we require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, 100% of the service total will be charged to the card on file.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total to the card on file.

Late arrivals
If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened to stay on schedule for the next client. If we’re unable to complete the service due to late arrival, it will be treated as a late cancellation and charged according to the policy above.

Safe & Appropriate Work Environment Policy

We are proud to provide a body-positive, non-judgmental space. To maintain a safe and appropriate work environment, we require respectful behavior and communication at all times.

Any of the following may result in ending the appointment immediately and/or being blocked from future booking:

  • Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or aggressive behavior
  • Sexual comments, inappropriate requests, or unwanted advances
  • Recording or photographing without explicit permission
  • Arriving under the influence in a way that impacts safety or consent
  • Any behavior that makes your service provider, neighboring businesses, or their clients feel unsafe or uncomfortable

If an appointment is ended due to inappropriate behavior, the service will still be charged in full.

Privacy Policy

For privacy and comfort, partners and guests are not permitted in body waxing appointments.

Consent Policy

Consent is non-negotiable here. For that reason, all services must be booked by the client receiving the service.
