At Honey Pot Skin Studios, we pride ourselves on having the best atmosphere, experience, and services. To ensure we keep that same standard for each and every client, we have a few policies in place to ensure your appointment flows as smooth as your wax!

Cancellation, Late, and No-Show Policy

• Your appointment is specifically reserved for you; therefore, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations.
• No-shows will lead to the forfeiture of your deposit, a charge of 50% of your service, and a ban from future bookings.
• Same-day cancellations will also result in losing your deposit.
• If you arrive more than 7 minutes late, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will have the opportunity to reschedule just once.
• After three same-day cancellations or late arrivals, your ability to book will be revoked.
• Your deposit can be applied to a single rescheduled appointment. After that, the deposit will no longer be valid for future appointments.
• If you need to cancel your appointment outside of the specified time frame, please email EMAIL. Rescheduling is your responsibility; please visit our website to book your new appointment.
